The video you purchase is a long format, explanation video of how to increase your speed with pictures and video. After you watch the video, you will practice what you are taught. You will also get a PDF to use as a reference. Within the 60 minutes of the course, about 20 minutes will be watching the video and about 40 mins will be stretching, sprinting, and refining your technique.
